Fly fishing for mahseer on the most productive beats of the rivers in the Indian Himalayas is a great sport. You will be fishing off the beaten track with excellent guides.

Saryu and Mahakali rivers are located on the India/Nepal border and have some great mahseer fishing. You will float downriver, stopping at various camps to fish. Mahseer up to 30lbs are caught, with most fish in the 8-10 lb range. The camps are comfortable, and each angler will have their own tent.
