TINGVOLL LODGE

There are over 7 miles of double-bank fishing on the Verdal River and pools are rotated each day. The Verdal is one of Central Norway’s main salmon rivers and is renowned for large fish. It has two main tributaries, Helgåa and Inna. Sea trout, brown trout and char are also present in parts of the river.

Accommodation is at Tingvoll Salmonfishing Lodge, a very comfortable two-storey apartment with 7 bedrooms, 2 rooms have 2 beds and the other 5 are single rooms accommodating 7 anglers in total. There are two large bathrooms and WiFi. A nice barbecue on the fire in the shelter is a wonderful end to a fishing session. From the lodge the fishing takes place across several miles of one-sided and two-sided fishing on many of the best stretches in the Verdal River. The pools are well suited for all types of fishing. The fishing is exclusive and entirely at your disposal. An average of 120 - 250 salmon have been caught during the last few years as well as a few sea trout up to 4.2kg.

Suggested Package: 7 nights on full board, 6 days’ guided fishing and transfers.
